Uzbekistan Update | Kingdom Come

For years, Doxology has had a heart for the country of Uzbekistan and a desire to see communities flourish through meaningful relationships, service, and collaboration. Recently, we had the special opportunity to welcome a delegation from Uzbekistan to Fort Worth, including a representative from the country’s Ministry of Health.
During their time in Fort Worth, Doxology helped connect the delegation with leaders from a local medical school, hospitals, and organizations working at the intersection of medicine and technology. These conversations created opportunities to exchange ideas, build trust, and explore ways leaders in both countries can work together toward the flourishing of their communities.
We also had the privilege of welcoming our guest to Doxology on Sunday morning and praying for him, his leadership, and the people of Uzbekistan. It was a meaningful reminder that relationships like these can extend far beyond healthcare. As connections continue to grow, new opportunities could emerge for educators, business leaders, healthcare professionals, artists, government leaders, and others to use their skills and experience to serve people around the world.
This visit represents another exciting step in a relationship that God has been developing over time. We’re grateful for the doors that are opening and hopeful for the partnerships still to come as we seek to use the gifts God has given us to pursue flourishing here in Fort Worth and around the world.
