Launching A Free Medical Clinic In Fort Worth
Churches across Fort Worth came together to open a medical clinic designed to care for people in both practical and spiritual ways. What began as a personal calling grew into a shared effort, with multiple churches choosing to partner so the clinic would reflect the unity of the larger Church rather than a single congregation.
The goal was simple: remove barriers and create a place where anyone can receive care. Patients don’t need much to be seen, making it easier for people... especially those who might never enter a church... to walk through the doors and be welcomed with dignity, compassion, and kindness.
At the heart of the clinic is a desire to do more than meet physical needs. Every interaction is seen as an opportunity to point people to the hope found in Jesus. Volunteers and staff are intentional about caring for the whole person, creating space for meaningful conversations and spiritual encouragement alongside medical treatment.
The opening of the clinic marked more than the launch of a new resource for the city. It was a step of faith... an expression of believers choosing to live on mission together, trusting that as they serve, people will encounter the goodness and grace of Jesus in a real and personal way.
This is what it looks like to step into the next chapter: everyday missionaries, working together, showing and telling who Jesus is wherever they’re sent.
